Quoting Others

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.
I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.
Many of life's failures are men who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
~Thomas Edison
You will not be punished for your anger; you will be punished by your anger.
When anger rises, think of the consequences.
An insincere and evil friend is more to be feared than a wild beast; a wild beast may wound your body, but an evil friend will wound your mind.
The mind is everything. What you think you become.
Every good act is charity.
All actions are judged by the motive prompting them.
The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks.
The only thing constant is change.
The students’ duty is to be attentive. It is impossible not to learn, when one is attentive. The teacher's duty is to attract the students’ attention.
Respect for the teacher is an important factor of learning. Respect is earned, never commanded.
A wise teacher knows just when to keep quite, when to tell, when to explain, when to demonstrate & when to inspire.
"If anything can go wrong, it will"?
~Murphy's Law
